Want your visitors to share your posts to their circles straight from your Blog? Learn how to install the Google Share button into your blog.

Since the early days of <a href=“http://academicassignments.co.uk” >    Google+ it has grown</a> up to be a fitting contender to Facebook and Twitter. As of today <a href=“http://www.brandwebdirect.com” >    Google+ has another add-on</a> to its huge list of features: “The Share Button”

Below is the code that will allow you to integrate the Google Share button:

<a href="https://m.google.com/app/plus/x/?v=compose&content= - " onclick="window.open('https://m.google.com/app/plus/x/?v=compose&content= - ','gplusshare','width=450,height=300,left='+(screen.availWidth/2-225)+',top='+(screen.availHeight/2-150)+'');return false;"><img src="http://blog.brandwebdirect.com/wp-content/plugins/google-plus-share-button//images/plus.png" width="55" height="22" alt="Share on Google+" title="Share on Google+"></a>

While using in WordPress sites you can use the plugin which can be downloaded here. As of now the plug-in only supports usage as a shortcode. You can integrate the button into a page, or a post through the following code:

[gplusbutton]

You can also use the<a href=“http://www.toprankexpress.com”>        code in sidebars but it is to be kept in </a>mind that in case we call the button from a sidebar, it will share the page and not the post.
We can also integrate the code directly into the theme using:

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[gplusbutton]‘); ?>

The plugin as of now is still undergoing lot of changes. For<a href=“http://corporatewebstudios.co.uk” >       more updated and detailed information please visit the plugin </a> home page here. The Google Share code was from The Next Web.
You can see the plugin in action in this website. See below for the share button.

"; co ba|{ p{ arly while posting Subjot makes the user to choose on what subject the post is about. You can choose from the drop-down menu else add a subject. But from the standpoint of a user it could have been better if there would have been multiple subjects to choose from. What also intrigues me is that does the system have a kind of mechanism which would allow it to understand if a particular post does belong to a particular subject. The perfect combination which I think would be right is: Users should be able to select multiple subjects and at the same time the system should be able to detect if a post actually belongs to the topic.

The most important part where in Subjot holds a major advantage over twitter is that it allows the users to share and post directly to the 2 major social networking sites: Facebook and Twitter. What will be an added advantage will be allowing the users to post to FB fan pages also.

But even with all the features Subjot still has to climb a lot of hills before it can actually become a “Jotting” giant which can jot away against the Tweets of Twitter.

But as of now JOT IT!
